Made in AISI 304 appliance, “Scotch Brite” finish. Tops are in 1,2 mm thick AISI 304, 60 mm height, jointing system between the modules through steel strip, avoiding the use of sealant. Easy access to all functional components for quick maintenance.
Ergonomic control knobs with bigger ring to avoid water infiltration. Surface surronding by a grease
collection channel and discharge on capacious removable drawer. 15 mm thick special chromed smooth steel plate.
Heating element group 1 x 4 kW, safety thermostat set at 350°C, adjustable 50-270°C working thermostat. IPX5 water
protection.
