suitable also for small diameter pans; large capacity die-press SS spillage trays. Easy access to all functional components for quick maintenance. Ergonomic control knobs with bigger ring to avoid water infiltration. Cast iron double crown burners, brass flame spreader, height performance with minimum consumption and the lowest CO² emissions, 3 x 5 kW e 3 x 4 kW kW burners.
